We emerged from a commitment to enhance client service by uniting top industry professionals to forge partnerships that deliver real estate solutions that align with organizations’ missions in the community.
Founder & President
Jennifer Barbeau
Jennifer brings a decade of experience in the real estate space, evaluating, facilitating, and overseeing the development of education-focused projects. Since 2020, Jennifer successfully oversaw the closing of over $200M in project financing, helping to bring the projects to completion on time and within budget. Responsible for facilitating the development process from planning to completion, successful coordination among all parties involved is key, from organization leaders to lenders to design and construction partners. Jennifer’s experience includes business development, client relations, accounting, real estate and pre-development contracts, and investor relations.
Because successful real estate projects can enhance communities beyond just a physical presence, Jennifer enjoys seeing what communities can achieve in these spaces and is grateful for the relationships she’s cultivated with clients, partners, and stakeholders who make it happen.
